1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by araNET Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
araNET Solutions provides the following services:
- Custom Website Design & Development — responsive, high-performance websites built to your specifications.
- Brand Identity & Logo Design — logo creation, visual branding, and style guides.
- Website Maintenance — ongoing updates, hosting support, and performance optimization.
- Photography & Media — professional photography for businesses and projects.
The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement between araNET Solutions and the client.
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project.
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final website or deliverables go live.
- Logo design and branding packages require full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Prices are quoted in USD. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in your project agreement.
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
4. Service Contracts
araNET Solutions offers two contract options for ongoing website maintenance and digital services:
Option A — 6-Month Contract
- Minimum commitment of 6 months for monthly maintenance services.
- Monthly rate as quoted in your project proposal. Pricing varies per project based on scope and requirements.
- Billed monthly on the same date each month.
- Auto-renews month-to-month after the initial 6-month term unless cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Option B — 12-Month Contract (Best Value)
- Minimum commitment of 12 months for monthly maintenance services.
- Discounted rate applied to the monthly rate for the duration of the contract. Exact discount varies per project.
- Billed monthly on the same date each month.
- Auto-renews month-to-month after the initial 12-month term unless cancelled with 30 days written notice.
- Priority support response times included.
Early Termination Fee
- If the client terminates a 6-month or 12-month contract before the end of the agreed term, an early termination fee will apply.
- The early termination fee is equal to 50% of the remaining monthly payments due under the contract.
- For example: on a 12-month contract, if you cancel after month 4, eight monthly payments remain — the early termination fee is 50% of those remaining payments.
- The early termination fee is due within 30 days of the cancellation date.
- All work completed up to the cancellation date remains the property of the client.
- No early termination fee applies after the initial contract term has been fulfilled.
The specific contract option, pricing, and terms for each client will be outlined in a separate signed service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all rights to the final deliverables, including website code, logo files, and brand assets created for their project.
- araNET Solutions retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.
- Work-in-progress materials remain the property of araNET Solutions until full payment is received.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide all required content (text, images, logos, branding guidelines) in a timely manner.
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed-upon timelines.
- Ensure that all content provided to us does not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Delays in providing content or feedback may extend project timelines.
7. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be billed at an hourly rate. Major scope changes after project kickoff may require a revised quote.
8. SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: araNET Solutions transactional messaging.
Program description: araNET Solutions sends transactional SMS messages (not marketing) to customers who have initiated contact with our business by calling (801) 421-7881 or by texting a verified opt-in keyword. Messages are limited to three purposes: (1) appointment confirmations and reminders for appointments you booked with us, (2) follow-ups when we missed your call, and (3) a single post-service request for a Google review.
How you opt in:
- Verbally during an inbound phone call, after our AI receptionist or staff member asks permission and confirms your mobile number, or
- By texting START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to (801) 421-7881.
By opting in, you agree to the following:
- Message frequency: approximately 1–3 messages per customer interaction. You will not receive recurring marketing messages.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently for that mobile number.

- SMS opt-in is not required to purchase or receive any of our services.
- We will not sell, rent, lease, transfer, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the transactional SMS you consented to receive from araNET Solutions.
- Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Limitation of Liability
araNET Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from the use of our services or deliverables.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of our services or deliverables.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
- If the client terminates a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If araNET Solutions terminates the engagement, we will deliver all completed work up to that point and refund any payment for undelivered work.
- Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
